Common questions

Does Signd insure my equipment?

No. Signd provides agreement and record tools. Arrange insurance and any damage waiver separately.

Can I send the customer their condition report?

Yes. Choose Email report to customer when completing the inspection. You can also request their signature.

Will Signd automatically charge for damage?

No. You review and submit any charge under your terms. Card payments depend on Stripe and the customer's bank.

Which protection tools require Pro?

License photos, card on file and inspections need Pro. Agreements are free; card tools also need Stripe.
